Ideal candidate is a licensed Architect or an experienced Architectural Intern actively working toward professional license.
Responsibilities:
Design and documentation for a variety of project types
Participate in project design, including development of preliminary design concepts
Lead coordination of design and documentation with design team, including consultants
Deliver high-quality construction documents
Work creatively with design team collaborators to translate design concepts into constructable and reliable building details
Attend team and client meetings, present at client meetings
Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Research materials and techniques for unique project designs and solutions
Coordinate with MEP consultants
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience
Licensed architect or actively working toward license
Documentation experience with multiple construction types and project sizes
Working knowledge of applicable building codes
History of experience working on design / bid / build projects is desirable
High-level of written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
Specification writing, review, and coordination experience preferred
Experience coordinating work with design team consultants
Collaborative and positive work ethic
