Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join a Manufacturing company in Lake Forest, CA. This role is onsite, Monday- Friday, 8am- 5pm & will be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing orders, and providing exceptional support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve claims.
Share open-order reports with clients.
Collaborate with customers on artwork creation and updates.
Coordinate with warehouse and quality teams for order fulfillment.
Process returns, defective claims, and credits.
Support sales teams with pricing, inventory, and customer requests.
Monitor inventory and place orders for materials.
Arrange deliveries, track shipments, and update customers.
Prepare progress and quarterly reports.
Perform other tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications
Education: Associate degree preferred.
Experience: 1+ year in a similar role is a plus.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with customer service principles and tools.
Skills
Multitasking and attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities.
Knowledge of inventory and logistics processes.
