Job Overview
Exciting opportunity to lead comprehensive technology infrastructure and cloud services with direct, hands-on management of critical technology ecosystems.
Create and maintain technology roadmap for Azure and cloud infrastructure
Establish and track KPIs for:
Internal technology service delivery
External technology provider performance
Drive continuous improvement culture
Implement ITIL framework best practices
Technology Management
HANDS-ON administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure tenants
Manage multi-platform tools: Microsoft, Google Suite, Slack, ticketing systems
Lead tools consolidation efforts
Oversee MSP Level 1 helpdesk and tech vendor relationships
Infrastructure & Security
Own security strategy in collaboration with CIO
Maintain security posture through fundamental practices
Comprehensive patch management across:
Software
Operating systems
Firmwares
Devices and Azure environments
Service Delivery & KPI Management
Develop and monitor KPI metrics for:
System performance
Response times
Service availability
Vendor performance
User satisfaction
Ensure measurable technology service quality
Required Qualifications
5-10 years HANDS-ON Microsoft infrastructure management
ITIL certification preferred
Azure and M365 expertise
Advanced troubleshooting skills
Technical Competencies
Azure administration
ITIL service management
KPI development and tracking
Multi-platform integration
Cloud security architecture
