Job Description:

We are hiring an in office Maintenance and Facilities Manager who will handle requests related to facilities and maintenance for a hotel portfolio. This person will support the needs of operating hotels and will work closely with the operations team on maintenance issues and warranty items. The right candidate must possess the flexibility and attitude suitable to an all-hands-on deck atmosphere. They are expected to build strong relationships with multiple departments and outside vendors.

About the Role-Role and Responsibilities
  • Position Purpose: Support the needs of operating hotels to ensure the expected quality and standards for all property facilities.
  • Supervise the coordination of technicians and vendors
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with employees, coworkers, and guests
  • Communicate regularly with property staff regarding job assignments and required timeframe for completion of projects
  • Ensure parties follow all safety, sanitation, and health policies and regulations
  • Supervise an inventory system for supplies and equipment and establish reorder levels for the property. Keep repair records for equipment
  • Meet with vendors and contractors to learn about new products and services offered
  • Other duties as assigned consistent with the functions of this position as needed

Qualifications - Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in hotel facilities experience or a related field.
  • Experience in coordinating multiple projects through completion, on time and on budget.
