What You'll Do:
Take charge of costs, schedules, and resource allocation to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
Collaborate with Estimators to support bids and procurement, ensuring seamless project start-up.
Facilitate project kickoff meetings to set clear expectations and define responsibilities.
Monitor and enforce safety standards and protocols, creating a zero-incident work environment.
Develop and manage construction schedules, tracking progress, and controlling costs.
Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
Lead project meetings and performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain critical project documentation, such as RFIs, inspection records, and reports.
Supervise and mentor team members, supporting their professional growth and success.
Manage financial close-out processes, including billing and retention management.
What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, with 4+ years of construction experience OR 8+ years of hands-on construction experience.
Proven expertise in structural concrete for commercial construction projects.
Strong communication and leadership skills to engage effectively with clients, teams, and leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management tools like Primavera and Timberline.
A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills focused on maximizing ROI.
Ability to balance office and field environments while maintaining strict safety compliance.
Willingness to travel to project sites in surrounding cities as needed.

PM1 Level: $90,000-$110,000 (4+ years of PM experience).
PM2 Level: $120,000-$135,000 (7+ years of PM experience).
