We are working on behalf of a respected leader in commercial construction to find an experienced Project Manager who will oversee challenging projects with a focus on structural concrete. What You'll Do:
  • Take charge of costs, schedules, and resource allocation to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Estimators to support bids and procurement, ensuring seamless project start-up.
  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings to set clear expectations and define responsibilities.
  • Monitor and enforce safety standards and protocols, creating a zero-incident work environment.
  • Develop and manage construction schedules, tracking progress, and controlling costs.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Lead project meetings and performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain critical project documentation, such as RFIs, inspection records, and reports.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, supporting their professional growth and success.
  • Manage financial close-out processes, including billing and retention management.

What We're Looking For:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, with 4+ years of construction experience OR 8+ years of hands-on construction experience.
  • Proven expertise in structural concrete for commercial construction projects.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to engage effectively with clients, teams, and leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management tools like Primavera and Timberline.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills focused on maximizing ROI.
  • Ability to balance office and field environments while maintaining strict safety compliance.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites in surrounding cities as needed.
