  • Oversees vendor relationships and ensures compliance with insurance, tax, and government requirements.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Proven experience scaling a company with revenue above $10 million.
  • Must have strong leadership and coaching abilities, with effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Results-oriented with a history of driving both impact and profitability.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred).
