We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our financial planning firm. This role requires not only excellent customer service and administrative skills, but also a background in finance to assist in supporting our team and clients effectively. The ideal candidate will have a degree in finance, business, or a related field, and previous experience in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the firm's calendar.
Assist with preparing client documents, presentations, and correspondence.
Provide administrative support to financial planners.
Process client information and data entry into our systems.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Ensure the office is organized, including maintaining client files and office supplies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Experience in a financial services or planning firm is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
