Overview
The Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) is responsible for handling a wide range of high-level administrative support while managing confidential information with discretion. The EAA must be able to be adaptable, tech-savvy, and skilled at prioritizing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Provides comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership
Handles sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
Supports and coordinates various technology-related projects and initiatives
Organizes meeting, prepares documentation, arranges travel, meetings, conferences, and events and maintains executive calendars
Proactively reads, researches, routes, and responds to correspondence
Processes and tracks important documents and correspondence
Maintains strict confidentiality
Performs other duties and/or tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree
2-4 years' experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant
Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel
Excellent ability to learn new systems quickly with a focus on technology
Excellent time management, critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills
Acute attention to detail and professionalism in all areas of responsibilities
Excellent teamwork ethics
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
