Administrative Assistant to Owner of a Branding and Manufacturing company
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Bookkeeping and Microsoft Excel
Processing invoices and purchase orders
Effective follow- through with vendor discrepancies & client projects
Collections of past due accounts
Keeping customer files up to date and organized
Bank statement reconciliation
Professional communications with customers via telephone and by email
Friendly and professional demeanor
Outstanding organizational skills and detailed oriented
Ability to multi-task -and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Potential bonus for bringing in new clients
