Heavy calendar management across time zones
Extensive travel arrangements, both international and domestic
Expense management
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

The Candidate

5+ years of experience in an administrative position, preferably in private equity
Thrives in a fast paced, high volume environment, and has high attention to detail
Bachelor's degree
Advanced computer skills including CRM systems
Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt.
