Job Description:
Customer Service Representative (Part-time) 3 days a week

Responsibilities -
- Manage large amounts of client inquiries
- Research and resolve issues
- Must be good at multitasking
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Assist with client reporting as needed
- Required Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative
- Strong contact handling skills and active listening
- Must know how to use Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Duties as assigned
