Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to temporarily assist our team as a Claims Support Clerk.
This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of claims processing and maintaining clear communication with homeowners and roofers.
The ideal candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, report updates, and contribute to the smooth operations of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Claims Examiners with updating and maintaining reports.
Upload documents to the company's computer system with accuracy and efficiency.
Contact homeowners and roofers to obtain updates and clarify information regarding claims..
Collect, organize, and verify source documents for completeness and correctness.
Support the department with other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
High attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with PeopleSoft and Google suites systems.
Excellent ability to follow directions and meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with team members, homeowners, and roofers.
