Placers Professional is seeking an Executive Assistant to support and grow with our respected non-profit client in Dover DE. This full-time position is a Direct Hire to the client and is on-site with flexibility. This fine organization has a staff that is supportive and helps one another.
Key Responsibilities:
Support to Executive: Manage calendars, prepare for meetings, maintain records, and oversee board and council communications. Handle expense reporting and other administrative tasks as needed.
Support to Executive Board: Maintain board records, registrations, certifications, and databases. Coordinate board communications, schedules, and meeting preparations. Record minutes for all official board and executive committee meetings.
Research and Reporting: Conduct research and prepare detailed reports as required.
Confidential Record Maintenance: Safeguard personnel and legal records, ensuring confidentiality.
Office Administration: Plan and coordinate office services, ensuring efficient use of resources and equipment.
Supervision: Supervise and evaluate the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist.
Additional Assignments: Undertake tasks necessary for the council's successful operation.
Requirements:5-7 years of recent experience as an Executive Assistant
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
High personal and professional standards with a polished professional demeanor.
Management experience of 1+ support person.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to process high volumes of work accurately and efficiently.
Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
