The Quality Control Manager (QCM) provides leadership and technical expertise to ensure project quality standards are consistently met. The QCM oversees daily quality operations, develops and enforces quality policies and procedures, and collaborates with project teams and subcontractors to achieve 100% compliance with construction standards.
Education:
Associate or bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Construction Management, or Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years as a Quality Control Manager.
Commercial construction experience, specifically in manufacturing projects.
Proven track record handling projects valued at $20M or more.
Focused experience in vertical construction projects, such as:
Mid-rise or high-rise buildings
Data centers
Distribution centers
Skills:
Ability to supervise and lead a small team.
Strong knowledge of quality standards and risk management.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel to multiple project sites as needed.
