Job Title: IT Program Manager (SailPoint Cloud Migration)
Job Location: Arlington, TX (Hybrid, 2 days per week)
Job Type: 12+ Months Contract
Overview: This international financial services industry leader has an immediate 12+ month contract opportunity in Arlington, TX for an IT Program Manager for a SailPoint migration project. This position requires working onsite 2 days per week, including Tuesdays. Your expertise in program management and SailPoint Cloud migration project experience, combined with a sound set of technical skills will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of complex projects and initiatives. Will interact with every technology and line of business and be responsible for a large migration from on-prem solutions to SailPoint ISC (SailPoint Identity Security Cloud). Requires a visionary leader to accelerate the transformation journey!
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
7-10 years of IT Project/Program Management experience
Program Management experience on a migration from SailPoint On-Prem to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Good understanding of Cloud-related concepts & technologies.
Project forecasting and budgeting experience required.
Financial services industry experience is strongly preferred.
PMP Certification preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with different levels of hierarchy.
Excellent project/program management skills, including the ability to create and manage program plans, budgets, and resources effectively. Planview PPM experience preferred.
Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive consensus and manage stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to Identify and understand technical dependencies between initiatives.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What You Will Be Doing:
Communicating up and down the stack - interacting with executives, engineers and architects, business groups and shared services.
Leading the tech standardization efforts to streamline technology and tools needed to support business needs, related to the migration from On-Prem to the Cloud.
Support building the reusable services backlog and help in executing development activities.
Build and develop effective relationships with different product teams.
Create an effective lifecycle process for enterprise reusable services and tech standards.
Help document and conduct presentations for technical, business and leadership audiences.
Assist with change management activities for the team and beyond.
Champion the financials of the tech standards & reusable team, yearly budget, and ongoing financial planning.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and driving operational efficiency within the program.
