Position Summary:
The Digital Project Manager (IT) is responsible for the execution of enterprise projects in support of the business, primarily in the IT and Data Management area. They partner with business stakeholders and the project management team to create experiences that exceed customer expectations and drive business KPIs.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing all phases of the Digital Project implementation and complying with PMO, Governance controls, and QA process.
Provide support to the teams using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example.
Partner with Business Units to scope, plan and deliver quality on-time Digital implementations for the organization.
Responsible for guiding and coaching teams on project methodologies and processes
Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
In charge of identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues that could impact the quality and timely delivery of projects.
Aiding in removing blockers occurring within the project, that can slow on-time delivery.
Actively participate in project scoping, planning activities, and ensure alignment between all parties.
Responsible for managing Project Stakeholders and providing regular status updates varying from weekly status reports to bi-weekly Steering/Sponsors Committee Updates.
Responsible for the management of external vendors in terms of SOW and engagement requirements, ensuring all vendor management quality expectations are met or exceeded.
Contributes to the development and improvement of Project Management processes, policies, tools, and methodology.
In charge of gathering, storing, and distributing all projects artifacts
Support budgets built for project and management through delivery, including reporting and forecasting monthly.
Manages resource capacity, scheduling and dependencies for successful delivery of projects.

Minimum of five (5) years' experience as a project manager
Project management experience in IT, Data, and/or Database related projects.
• Education -
Bachelor's degree finance, project management, or IT related field
• Skills required:
Experience in cloud computing, data management, and data warehousing.
Experience with implementing financial systems.
Ability to manage large complex project, must be able to demonstrate.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and management.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, to keep the project on schedule.
Project management skills to start and finish projects successfully.
Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
Ability to predict challenges and to proactively head-off obstacles.
Experience with project management tools like Monday.com to manage project plans, actions items.
Experience with development tracking software (Jira, Confluence)
• Travel - 10% travel required. • Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ • Work Schedule- This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) certification
