Project Manager - Multifamily Construction at BBL Building Company in Tampa, Florida

Job Description:

BBL Building Company is seeking a Project Manager to join our team! BBL is a multi-family general contractor, headquartered in Dallas Fort Worth with a satellite office in Tampa. Specializing in wood frame apartments, single family for rent communities, garden style, and high density mid-rise.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Projects ranging from $35m to $70m.
• Ground up construction.
• Oversee an on-site project team consisting of a Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents.
• Manage and implement BBL policy and procedure
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Pre-Construction, Subcontractor buy out, cost management, project scheduling
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in multi-family construction
• Familiarity with Procore
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented
