The main function of a project coordinator is to support Program manager and project teams on a project. The coordinator ensures that no resources are being allocated to unnecessary tasks and that all aspects of the project are completed as quickly as possible.
Qualifications
3+ years' experience as an Engineering Program Specialist, project manager, program manager, or relevant experience in high tech hardware and/or software development
Experience working with engineering teams and understand bill of materials (BOM)
Proficient in creating and managing complex spreadsheets, accounting tools, POs, and invoice tracking
Experience collaborating with Logistics teams and resolving logistics issues efficiently
The primary role of an Engineering Project Specialist is to assist the Program Manager and project teams in ensuring the successful execution of a project. The EPS will collaborate closely with Program Managers and XNF teams to facilitate seamless demand allocation collection and device deployment. They will work in partnership with the Logistics team to address and resolve any logistical challenges. Additionally, the EPS will assist in project forecasting, placing orders, and tracking PO expenses to maintain budget oversight.
