Job Description:

**Job Title: Power Plant Development Director**

**Location: Fremont, CA, USA**

**Job Responsibilities:**

1. **Policy Tracking and Analysis:** Responsible for tracking and analyzing policies related to the new energy sector, including wind, solar, and energy storage, as well as conducting market status and trend research, industry layout planning, and formulating market development strategies.

2. **Investment Opportunity Research:** Participate in the study of investment opportunities and resource acquisition for wind, solar, and energy storage projects within the region.

3. **Project Development and Planning:** Engage in the development, planning consultation, and handling of preliminary procedures for wind, solar, and energy storage projects within the region, as well as project mergers and acquisitions.

4. **Investment Management:** Manage the company's wind, solar, and energy storage project investments and support the development of related new energy business.

5. **Public Relations and Coordination:** Establish and maintain public relations with government, power grids, design institutes, and other relevant departments, conduct investment exchanges and coordination work to stabilize and enrich the company's social resources.

6. **Additional Tasks:** Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

**Job Requirements:**

1. **Education:** Bachelor's degree or higher in energy dynamics, electrical engineering, energy storage, chemical engineering, materials science, physics, mechanical engineering, management, or related fields is preferred.

2. **Experience:** At least 5 years of relevant work experience in wind, solar, and energy storage, with experience in developing projects in the United States.

3. **Industry Knowledge:** Familiarity with the development processes and approval procedures for wind, solar, and energy storage projects. Experience in the wind power, photovoltaic, energy storage, and material industries, familiar with industry market dynamics, and experience in system integration, technical consulting, market and technical demand analysis is preferred.

4. **Project Development Experience:** Prior experience in wind, solar, and energy storage project development or holding a consulting engineer qualification is preferred.

5. **Skills:** Strong communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a team-oriented spirit.
