BIP US is seeking to grow its US consulting team and is looking for a UX/UI Designer with 3 to 5 years of professional experience designing digital activations for physical environments to join our East Coast consulting team.
You must have valid US work authorization and must physically reside in the Raleigh area, within a 50-mile commute. We are unable to support relocation costs.

This consultant will be a part of our dynamic team and play a key role in crafting innovative digital experiences and compelling product storytelling across physical environments. In collaboration with the product design team of a leading global tech company, this role will design seamless digital activations that enhance retail experiences and influence consumer interactions across multiple touchpoints. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of retail by creating transformative solutions with a focus on cultural sensitivity and sustainability, while working on projects that will reach global audiences. The consultant's work will blend cutting-edge design with strategic thinking to create impactful, user-centered solutions in diverse markets worldwide.
What You Will Be Doing:
Experience Design: Lead the creation of seamless digital activations for physical environments, enhancing storytelling across touchpoints to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience in retail spaces.
Cultural Sensitivity: Design solutions that resonate globally, considering regional preferences, behaviors, and sustainability to ensure cultural relevance across markets in Asia, Europe, MEA, and the U.S.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Europe-based design team and global developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life and ensure seamless execution.
Impactful Solutions: Develop designs to be deployed across global retailers, influencing how digital content and interactions are experienced in physical spaces and driving innovation in retail.
Innovation and Strategy: Stay ahead of trends by integrating new tools and technologies into your design process, solving complex challenges with a creative and strategic approach.
User-Centered Design: Prioritize the end user in all designs, using feedback and data to refine and optimize digital activations for maximum engagement and performance.
Requirements:
Proved Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in UX/UI design, with a focus on digital activations for physical environments (e.g., retail, showrooms). Global market experience is a plus.
Passion for Innovation: Strong drive to create user-centered, visually compelling designs that push boundaries and enhance brand impact.
Storytelling & Design Skills: Proven ability to craft narrative-driven designs that effectively communicate brand messages and engage users. Strong portfolio required.
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent at working with multidisciplinary, global teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of design vision.
Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of cultural nuances in design with experience creating solutions for diverse global audiences.
Design Tools Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and prototyping tools. Familiarity with design systems and project management platforms is a plus.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Creative, solution-oriented, and able to iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving business needs.
**The base salary range for this role is $60,000-$90,000**
