Responsibilities
Assess staffing needs and ensure production targets are met.
Involve in recruiting, performance management, and employee relations.
Ensure readiness for new product launches and manage production schedules.
Track and report key performance metrics (OTCS, Customer PPM, Test Failures, Labor Utilization).
Review Engineer Work Requests (EWR) and production-related purchase orders.
Approve Capital Expenditures (CapEx) and maintain security systems.
Lead continuous improvement projects and support professional development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
6+ years of experience in field
Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations Strong communication, management and supervisory skills
