The Role:

As a Brand Operations Analyst, you'll support their Director of Brand Health & Strategy in ensuring smooth operations, strong communication, and brand consistency. What You'll Do:

Tier Response Coordination
  • Oversee and manage Level 1 and Level 2 tier response tasks to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, operations) and external partners (e.g., contractors, vendors) to address challenges efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure all documentation is current and organized.

Administrative & Communication Support
  • Manage the team's shared inbox, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and escalated when necessary.
  • Coordinate schedules, monitor project progress, and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Handle communications, ensuring smooth operations and professional correspondence.

Reporting & Data Management
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, creating summaries and reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and submitted on time.

Team & Process Support
  • Provide operational support to improve team efficiency, including assisting with ad hoc tasks and streamlining workflows.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to processes and operations for greater effectiveness.
  • Ensure all tasks align with company standards and brand guidelines.

What You'll Bring:

Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Hospitality experience is a plus but not required-just an eagerness to learn!
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with sharp attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines.
