What You'll Do:
Tier Response Coordination
Oversee and manage Level 1 and Level 2 tier response tasks to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, operations) and external partners (e.g., contractors, vendors) to address challenges efficiently.
Maintain detailed records and ensure all documentation is current and organized.
Administrative & Communication Support
Manage the team's shared inbox, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and escalated when necessary.
Coordinate schedules, monitor project progress, and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
Handle communications, ensuring smooth operations and professional correspondence.
Reporting & Data Management
Track and analyze key performance metrics, creating summaries and reports for stakeholders.
Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and submitted on time.
Team & Process Support
Provide operational support to improve team efficiency, including assisting with ad hoc tasks and streamlining workflows.
Identify and suggest improvements to processes and operations for greater effectiveness.
Ensure all tasks align with company standards and brand guidelines.
What You'll Bring:
Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Hospitality experience is a plus but not required-just an eagerness to learn!
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with sharp attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
