Thermal Technology Specialist
We are looking for experienced individuals in industrial thermal technology and a passion for providing outstanding service. The job involves delivering technical assistance, conducting field service calls at customer locations, troubleshooting and resolving issues. These positions will be collaborating with customers, sales, and customer service teams.
1. Control Specialist
Needs background in use of discrete single-loop and multi-loop PID temperature controllers, solid state switching power controls, temperature indicators, and FM approved limit controls.
Up to 30% travel. (approximately 6 days/month)
2. Temperature Sensor Specialist
Needs background in process applications of thermocouple and RTD sensors.
Up to 40% travel. (approximately 8 days/month)
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming phone inquiries regarding applications and technical assistance.
Develop strong relationships with our sensor suppliers, maintaining fluency in product lines, pricing, and new technologies.
Provide ongoing education and support to the sales team to enhance their technical knowledge and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Professional degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
Strong customer service orientation, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying current with the latest technologies.
