An international automotive parts manufacturing company is currently looking for a Japanese/English Bilingual HR Administrator to join their office in the Farmington Hills, MI area. The ideal candidate will have HR experience and support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, a related field, and / or equivalent experience
Ability to speak, read, and write in Japanese at business level.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments and colleagues
Fluent communication in verbal and written English
Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment
Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and adapt well to pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related programs
Positive with a strong attention to detail
Japanese language ability and / or experience working for a Japanese company a plus for candidates, but not required
