Job Description:
We currently looking for a Custom High-end Residential Project Superintendent, for new homes ranging from $2.5 million to $6 million. Candidate would work closely with the Project Manager to effectively plan, coordinate and oversee the onsite project management process. Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven record of strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and positive subcontractor relations. Currently, Create only operates in the Tampa Bay area, with a majority of work in St. Petersburg and Pinellas County area.

Primary Duties:
Managing the day to day onsite construction activities in accordance to approved plans, budgets and schedules.
Setting and enforcing safety and quality standards and directing the overall field operations. Assuring quality is of the highest standards and OSHA and all other related safety code compliance.
Assisting the Project Manager in preparing schedules, monitor the construction schedule and constructability reviews.
Assist the Project Manager in creating and implementing site logistics plans.
Prepare daily reports including a record of material deliveries, subcontractor's manpower, safety and construction issues.
Oversee support functions including temporary utilities and toilets, trash removal, laborers, safety precautions and job site security.
Conduct weekly jobsite meetings to address scheduling, coordination and safety issues.
Walk the home with client to walk them through the process.
Skills & Abilities
Ability to coordinate diverse activities, set timelines, budgets and specifications.
Ability to Read, Interpret and understand Architectural Drawings and specification documents to insure design intent is maintained.
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
Exceptional time and man management skills.
Ability to use computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office, to share, retrieve, research and present business information.
Ability to analyze and interpret data, and to identify relevant issues in solving problems.
Job Requirements:
5-10 years plus of high end custom residential construction estimating experience, with homes greater than $2 million in value.
Experience with project management software, estimating software, and well versed in Microsoft Office.
