Data Collection: Utilize reality capture technologies such as laser scanners, drones, and 3D cameras to collect accurate spatial data from construction sites.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, BIM (Building Information Modeling) coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and project requirements are met.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on captured data to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience with reality capture tools (e.g., Matterport, Leica BLK360, Trimble X7, or equivalent).
Proficiency: in LiDAR scanning and processing LiDAR data.
Skills: Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge: of construction processes and Project coordination workflows is preferred.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) and other relevant tools.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Strong experience in 3D laser scanning, possess a FAA Part 107 Certification for UAV (drone) operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the construction or engineering industry.
Working knowledge of Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar collaboration platforms.
Understanding of 3D modeling, scan and BIM processes
