We seek an experienced HVAC Service/Project Sales Specialist in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have a solid commercial HVAC installation, service, and sales background, with proven expertise in project estimating. This role is key to driving sales and ensuring the success of large-scale commercial HVAC projects in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle for commercial HVAC projects, from lead generation to project closure.
Deliver accurate, competitive estimates to secure contracts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored HVAC solutions.
Coordinate with installation and service teams for seamless project execution.
Stay updated on industry trends and local market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in commercial HVAC installation or service, plus 3+ years in sales and estimating.
Expertise in HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and building automation systems like Tridium Niagara and Johnson Controls Metasys.
Strong familiarity with the San Jose market and a stable, local work history.
Skilled in Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
