What You'll Do:

- Provide individual counseling and psychotherapy to address mental health issues such as anxiety and depression using evidence-based interventions.

- Develop and implement personalized, high-quality treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

- Collaborate with funders, case managers, and other professionals to coordinate holistic client care.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for interventions, assessments, and progress notes.

- Supervise and mentor Associate Clinical Social Workers, Marriage and Family Trainees, and Associates pursuing licensure.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and funder requirements, addressing high-risk concerns as needed.

- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA therapy plans for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to enhance social, communication, and behavioral skills.

Who You Are:

Education & Licensure:

- A current valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Experience:

- 1+ years as a licensed clinician (2+ years preferred).

- 2+ years of supervisory experience with staff development responsibilities.

- Experience providing evidence-based therapy (e.g., CBT, DBT) to diverse populations.

Skills:

- Exceptional communication skills; bilingual abilities preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical software platforms.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Physical Requirements:

- Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling while working with clients.

- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day).

- Frequent speaking and listening during sessions and meetings.

Conditions of Employment

- Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ). The People & Performance Department must analyze DOJ/FBI live scan reports in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, as well as fitness for the position.

- Ability to travel to multiple work sites and client homes; reliable transportation needed.

- Must have a valid California Driver's License with Insurance and maintain a clean driving record.

- Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations and clear TB testing based on company policies.

- Ability to obtain and maintain clearance through the Office of Inspector General.

- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

- Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care certification. [For credentialed roles]

- Ability to obtain and maintain a CAQH credential. [For credentialed roles]

- Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification. [For BIs, PAs]

- Ability to obtain and maintain NPI number.

- Must attend any required training.
