Summary: A global materials manufacturer in the retail space is looking to bring on a Demand Planning Manager. This client specializes in high-quality products for sectors like health care, hospitality, and home. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the demand planning processes and forecasting teams.
The Manager's Responsibilities:
Create monthly demand forecast in collaboration with key stakeholders such as Sales, Supply Planning, & Finance
Adjust and build demand consensus for the S&OP Process and facilitate demand reviews
Manage inventory to ensure the reduction of obsolete & excess materials
Ensure forecast aligns with promotional plans, NPD, and seasonal launches
Monitor forecast error, accuracy, and root cause analysis to improve the demand forecasts
Analyze historical data and future sales to maintain relevant reports in the S&OP Process
The Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor in Business or related field
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain/ Forecasting/ S&OP or related field
3+ years of Management experience
Strong experience with Oracle ERP Systems
Strong analytic and communication skills
