EDE discrepancy specialist team members work with Conservice teams to resolve integration discrepancies. This process ensures that our software data matches the clients data. A few examples of this would be...
Verify that integration is running daily.
update any mismatched property, unit, and tenant data.
Mismatched names, tenant codes, dates
Process move in's and move out's
Escalate any client facing discrepancies to other team members to manage.
An EDE Discrepancy Specialist will communicate directly with Conservice team members in multiple Conservice departments. You will also QC and process daily, weekly, and monthly files accurately.
Pay: $15.00
Requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
Strong Excel skills
Must be self-motivated to accomplish tasks and timelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven time management ability; able to stick to a schedule and meet deadlines
Attention to detail
Preferred but not required: (We are willing to train)
A basic understanding of the flow of data
