Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement platform strategies aligned with the firm's business objectives.
Foster collaboration between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Oversee multiple projects/workstreams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a positive, innovative culture.
Align with the firm's data architecture and vendor strategy for scalable solutions.
Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
10+ years of leadership experience, with 5+ years in financial services.
Strong knowledge of enterprise technology management, cloud technologies, and DevOps infrastructure.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, including to C-level audiences.
