Exciting Opportunity for Mechanical Superintendent Experienced in HVAC, Plumbing, Piping & Sheet Metal
We are looking for multiple experienced Mechanical Superintendents for a leading mechanical contractor who are looking for an opportunity to support a reputable contractor with their $100M backlog.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Work alongside your team to ensure success project completion
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while proactively identifying and addressing risks and challenges.
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on-site, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project status and progress.
Qualifications:
Proven experience working mechanical construction projects, with a minimum of 3 years in a superintendent role.
Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
