The Role
Our client is looking for a polished, resilient, and organized Executive Assistant to provide traditional one on one support to a Head of Operations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Scheduling and organizing meetings and conferences
Complex travel coordination, both domestic and international
Processing expenses using Concur
Light personal assistant work
Completing ad hoc administrative tasks when needed
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an unflappable and calm Executive Assistant with demonstrated work experience supporting a C-Suite executive within the Financial Services sector.
8+ years experience as an Executive Assistant
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor's degree preferred
Fully vaccinated
The Comp/Benefits
Up to $125,000 base, depending on experience
Hybrid role: four days in-office
Hours: 9 am - 6 pm, with one hour of paid OT built-in
