This role is responsible for assisting in the maintenance and sales of Studio 315 LLC inventory. This includes cataloguing, photographing items, creating detailed item descriptions, creating sales accounts, managing sales platforms, managing posts and sales, and any other assistance related to inventory management as requested and needed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Research online sales platforms considering inventory
Set up and manage online sales platform accounts
Take detailed images and create descriptions for all inventory items
Post and manage inventory online, track sales, coordinate shipping services
Research, set up, and manage accounts for local shipping companies
Research comp pricing for all inventory items as needed
Assist with NVD sample library organization as needed
Assist with client inventory as needed
Organize and maintain inventory, including in studio hardcopies
Maintain studio standards
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
3+ years retail sales and online auction experience
Degree in business administration or a sales related field preferred
Proficiency in Square Up preferred
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong acumen with numbers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of vintage/antique valuations
Strong organization and documentation skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Strong sense of ownership over tasks and commitment to excellence
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, employees may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time, talk, listen, write, operate a keyboard, have the visual acuity to read small print and view a computer monitor, reach to the top of a five-drawer filing cabinet and lift objects more than 30 lbs. The employee may be required to drive on behalf of the company. The employee is required to interact with customers, vendors, other staff and visitors both indoors and outdoors.

Work Environment:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those of a fast-paced interior design studio environment serving multiple clients. The studio may be loud and temperatures may be hot at times due to the location in an old building with no air conditioning. The Nicholas Vincent Design facilities are smoke-free.
