PTCE, Inc. is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented individual to join the PTCE marketing and design team. This role will work closely with the Marketing Director to design and execute comprehensive social media marketing plans across various platforms and create digital and print assets to enhance the company's brands.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated person who works well in a fast-paced, deadline driven atmosphere with ever-changing priorities. You must have the ability to identify and prioritize tasks and projects to meet varying timelines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media:

Lead the strategy and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring they align with overall brand strategy and drive engagement and growth
Develop and manage social media calendar, including designing and scheduling content
Drive community engagement with interactions and foster positive, active online presence while maintaining brand voice
Analyze social media metrics to optimize content and improve strategies
Stay updated on social media trends and industry trends through social listening

Graphic Design:

Create unique, engaging, and innovative content for wide range of mediums
Develop illustrations, create images, logos, and layouts by hand or by using design software to create innovative branding solutions
Prepare drafts, present ideas, and amend designs based on feedback
Execute marketing programs installed by the Marketing Director
Plan concepts and prepare work by gathering market research and be able to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices
Be adaptable to changes in project direction, priorities, and deadlines

Collaboration and Communication:

Work independently and collaborate professionally with a team
Maintain strong communication with Marketing Director while providing consistent feedback
Assist in other duties as assigned to ensure the team and company maintain success


QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications or Related Field
Graphic Designer experience, 3+ years, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed multiple clients/brands simultaneously
Social Media management experience, 2+ years, preferably within CPG or cannabis
Strong proficiency in graphic design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
Mastered graphic skills including typography, color, hierarchy, and balance
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools
Highly organized and understands how to balance multiple projects and keep them moving forward
Knowledge of cannabis industry compliance and marketing regulations (highly preferred)
Must be 21 years of age


WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work will be performed at home, with regular travel to dispensaries and manufacturing facility for photography and videography.
