Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
Managing multiple managers' calendars, scheduling, and coordinating meetings
Arranging travel logistics
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Contract duration through 7/14/2025
Hybrid work model with flexibility to be onsite in Chicago and Bolingbrook offices for 6 days a month
Required Skills for Administrative Assistant:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional email etiquette and phone manner
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Strong ability to manage time and multitask
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
