We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our client's team. In this role, you will provide critical support by managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. Responsibilities
Prepare, update, and enhance various documents, including reports, letters, memos, spreadsheets, and presentations, for internal and external communications.
Provide support and backup for managing investment email correspondence, including prioritizing, routing, and responding to time-sensitive requests.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files in compliance with the company's document management policies.
Coordinate Stockholder and Board of Directors mailings, as well as other key communications.
Collaborate with the Operations Team to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to administrative processes and practices.
Work closely with the Staff Accountant on tasks related to tax matters, QuickBooks, bookkeeping, and insurance matters.
Participate in special projects, conduct research, and handle additional responsibilities as assigned.
Support insurance-related tasks and ensure timely management of related matters.
Ideal Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree required, with 1-3 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.
Attention to detail with exceptional focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365, with advanced comfort using Excel.
Familiarity with SharePoint and database management is a plus.
Excellent writing and proofreading skills, with a strong command of grammar and clarity.
