Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Program Manager with a background in mechanical engineering to lead and oversee our technical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering various projects within the designated timelines and budget constraints while ensuring all technical requirements are met. The Technical Program Manager is reporting to the VP of Engineering Development.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects related to the best-in-class gas flow monitoring and control technology platforms, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and budgetary considerations.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with technical specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including driving product reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes, tools, and methodologies, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct post-project reviews and assessments to capture lessons learned, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and development.
• Travel <10%.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, PhD) preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing technical projects in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the global semiconductor industry.
• Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including design, analysis, and manufacturing processes; knowledge of software programming and electrical principles highly desirable.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
