Contract Length: Initial 6-months (potential to extend & convert to FTE)
Responsibilities
Facilitate collaboration and alignment across cross-functional client departments, including Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot challenges for clients throughout the engineering lifecycle of advanced equipment and manufacturing processes.
Perform in-depth research and analysis on systems and subject areas to deliver high-quality project outputs.
Create comprehensive technical documentation, such as SOPs, requirement specifications, testing protocols, summary reports, and other related materials.
Implement system and process validation protocols in compliance with GxP best practices.
Identify and address obstacles proactively, leveraging critical thinking and problem-solving expertise to devise creative solutions.
Uphold the organization's Patient-Focused and People-First Mission by participating in professional development and contributing to philanthropic initiatives.
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders while representing Project Farma's services to clients when needed.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent military experience.
