Role Overview: In this role, you will develop and execute creative solutions that bridge brands with Gen Z and multicultural audiences. You will design compelling narratives and campaign strategies that resonate authentically with our audience.
Creative Strategist Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and pitch creative strategies and campaigns tailored to client goals and audiences.
Utilize data and cultural trends to inform creative decisions and ensure campaigns align with Gen Z and multicultural values.
Collaborate with the production and content teams to develop multimedia assets, including premium video content, branded shows, and social media activations.
Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, providing innovative solutions that connect with their target demographics.
Prepare detailed briefs for internal teams, outlining campaign goals, messaging, and execution plans.
Stay ahead of digital media, Korean entertainment, and cultural trends to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
Partner with sales, analytics, and production teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and measurable success.
Deliver polished, compelling presentations that articulate creative vision and strategic insights to clients and stakeholders.
Creative Strategist Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Arts, or a related field.
5+ years in creative strategy, content marketing, or a related field, with experience developing multimedia campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital media, Gen Z, multicultural audiences, and Korean entertainment trends.
Exceptional storytelling and content ideation skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in creative tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Slides).
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform creative decisions
