The Workplace Technology Team's mission is to enable and empower client's Real Estate and Workplace teams to effectively and efficiently get their job done with confidence- using streamlined technology and data. We provide the following support:
PROACTIVELY Partner with RE & Workplace teams to evaluate, build and support and informed workplace strategy and standards.
Oversee implementation of workplace technologies that support growth, flexibility and client's unique business needs.
Make or save client money.
Bring longevity to workplace technologies and processes.
Responsibilities :
Provide 1st-level support for multiple workplace technologies and homegrown databases, as well as basic system-level IT.
Triage reported issues to team members, analyze and escalate as required.
Work closely with Workplace stakeholder teams to provide prompt technical support.
Compile data from different sources to drive required internal change
Use BI solutions to create reports and dashboards as needed.
Compile data from different sources to assist Workplace stakeholders in telling data driven stories.
Consult and document process work flows required for data and technology scalability.
Partner with vendors and internal teams to answer technical, software, or CRE strategy questions
