Our client has retained us to help them hire an Integrator for their fourth-generation owned branded merchandise company based in Aberdeen, SD. They specialize in supplying franchise businesses with branded uniforms, signage, and print products, and are looking to continue to grow their footprint.
The Integrator is a key leadership role, working closely with the Owner to lead strategy, develop and manage the team, and enhance and continuously improve the Company's operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to oversee a company's overall operational structure while creating opportunities to refine process to meet current and future growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the executive team to define and drive the company's vision, mission, and overall strategy
Lead the development and implementation of the company's annual and long-term plan
Develop and execute operational strategies that support the company's goals
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes across all departments.
Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to build a high-performing and collaborative culture.
Monitor financial performance and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure targets are met.
Continually evaluate systems and processes, identify and implement process improvements
Implement and maintain tools to drive accountability and measure progress
Skills and Experience:
7+ years in a management role
Experience in a product-driven environment, preferred
Proven track record of driving growth of operations and developing performance/operational metrics
Experience building high performing teams, including the ability to recognize and cultivate talent
Excellent organizational, project/time management and problem-solving skills; proven ability to meet timelines/deadlines.
