Their digital banking services ensure members can manage their finances anytime, anywhere. They are looking for an Onboarding Associate to join their team!
Your new role
In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team with various administrative duties related to the hiring and onboarding process. This primarily remote role requires someone local in the Tampa Bay Area who can attend events as needed (job fairs, seminars, etc).
What you will need to succeed
1-2 years in administrative roles, particularly in onboarding and HR functions
Excellent multitasking abilities and time management skills
Proficiency in using HR software and tools for managing onboarding processes
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Effective communication skills for coordinating with IT and hiring managers
