We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP). This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions and financial processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation.
- Oversee accounts payable functions, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and office management.
- Provide support to the finance team and other departments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, AR, and AP processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
