Kronos Workforce management

Camp hill, Pennsylvania (Hybrid/ Remote)

Full-Time

Primary Skills: UKG Kronos, Time and Attendance Module.

Responsibilities:
  • Gathers requirements, designs, configures, and tests various features in the Time and attendance module in Kronos.
  • Documents and develops business requirements, designs, test plan, test scripts and deployment plan for the changes defined.
  • Coordinates and conducts design / testing sessions to bring stakeholders together in accepting defined solutions.
  • Manages clients, prioritizes, and provides application support by responding to tickets / Queries in an efficient and professional manner.

Essential Skills:
  • Ability to Solve complex business problems, coordinate and implementappropriate solutions to solve business problems.
  • Accountability in accomplishing defined objectives in a positive and result-focused manner.
  • Ability to interact with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter experts and drive towards business objectives.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and quickly adapt to changing situations.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Good Experience and Understanding of Kronos Time and attendance modules.
  • Experience with software development practices.
