Responsibilities:
Gathers requirements, designs, configures, and tests various features in the Time and attendance module in Kronos.
Documents and develops business requirements, designs, test plan, test scripts and deployment plan for the changes defined.
Coordinates and conducts design / testing sessions to bring stakeholders together in accepting defined solutions.
Manages clients, prioritizes, and provides application support by responding to tickets / Queries in an efficient and professional manner.
Essential Skills:
Ability to Solve complex business problems, coordinate and implementappropriate solutions to solve business problems.
Accountability in accomplishing defined objectives in a positive and result-focused manner.
Ability to interact with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter experts and drive towards business objectives.
