Drives operational strategies and activities that enable the delivery of all retail merchandising projects to the field, including project tracking, production, distribution, fulfillment, systems maintenance, and management.
Builds planograms from visual merchandising guidelines and ensures store teams have access accurate information to set their in-store marketing and merchandising (includes inventory/devices/accessories, non-inventory, fixtures, security, small wares, and signage).
Planogram software subject matter expert who understands how to input timely and accurate information into a planogram tool, and a format subject matter expert who fully understands the intricacies and differences of the various store formats they support.
Manages the merchandising readiness plan for product, offer, and service launches to include strategy, schedule, distribution, warehousing, inventory management, communication, and training. Proactively communicates the overall merchandising readiness plan and project status; drives resolution for any roadblocks to launch.
Provides in-store marketing and merchandising issue escalation support including troubleshooting, solutions, and implementing fixes.
Collaboration with key partners is critical including the Visual Merchandising and Merchandising Planning Managers.
Monitors, tracks, and manages merchandising compliance.
Manages operational budgets, including invoicing, forecasting, tracking, and reporting ultimately driving efficiencies and cost savings.
Experience in Marketing & Merchandising
At least 3 years relevant experience required.
