Wheels is looking for a Compliance II Specialist to assist with initial title and registration of vehicles across a variety of states. You will be responsible for reviewing all documentation and ensuring vehicles are compliant with state rules and regulations for licensing, titling, registration, etc. There are levels of complexity with documentation so it is important to have high attention to detail, ability to work in a fast paced environment, and a strong sense of urgency. You will also occasionally be customer facing and need to ensure you are poised when speaking to customers. A candidate will be successful in this role if they are dynamic, system savvy, and excited to learn quickly.
You will be responsible for the processing of new vehicle paperwork or annual registration renewals for vehicles managed by Wheels. The specialist will cultivate relationships with DMVs and trusted vendors to ensure partnership across the industry and be well-versed and able to operate within external and internal systems and technologies to manage processing and communication. The specialist will adhere to detailed methods of tracking to ensure fleet vehicles are on the road legally with the proper license and registration. Individuals in this role will be assigned to one of the following working groups and understand the role includes flexibility to be reassigned to another team to suit the business needs to optimize customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Admin, Logistics, Fleet Management, etc.
Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office produces
Ability to type quickly and handle 30-35 units/day
Strong communication, attention to detail, urgent, go-getter, etc.

Compensation:
$20/hr to $22/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
