Open position in Columbia, MO, in-office work schedule Monday-Friday
The Executive Assistant will support the CEO and leadership team by performing a variety of administrative tasks, supporting key projects, and assisting with daily office needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
Assist with the management of executives' calendars and scheduling meetings
Support our CEO with internal and external cross-companywide events and strategic projects
Support MTP in coordinating cross-agency/asset projects, standards, and synergies
Coordinate on-site meetings, including preparing the meeting agenda, reserving meeting space, and taking meeting minutes
Book travel including flight and accommodations
Manage and follow up on tasks to ensure completion
Assist with various projects by providing administrative support
Assist leadership team with monthly expenses and reimbursement reports
Coordinate new hire administrative onboarding tasks, coordinating with Human Resources and IT
Provides administrative support to the HR department
Work directly with IT to manage tech inventory

Two - three years of professional work experience as an administrative assistant or office manager with access to confidential information
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with Google Products (Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Well organized, flexible, and have great time management skills.
Display attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Flexibility in handling changing priorities and tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Attention to efficiency and cost-effectiveness in all areas
Education
High School Diploma required; Associate Degree or higher level of education preferred
