Responsibilities
Ensures the accuracy of all benefit enrollments and provide vendors with eligibility information
Assists with new hire orientation benefit overview- distribute information, determine eligibility and assist employees with all benefit related issues and questions
Research best plans and negotiate with vendors
Process and administer all leave of absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability and FMLA.
Oversee the administration of 401(k) plans and other retirement plans. This includes submitting contribution and loan files, coordinating fund transfers, and reviewing plan data.
Prepares accurate 401(k) compliance materials in a timely manner including but not limited to: Form 5500 filings, Summary Annual Reports and Summary Plan
Provide reports for allocation/billing charges.
Assist with other HR functions and act as back up for payroll if required
Requirements
Bachelors degree
2+ years of relevant experience
