Position Overview The Underground Utilities Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing underground utilities projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations and standards. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality construction practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of underground utilities projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Conduct site inspections and oversee the quality of work performed.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Superintendent in underground utilities or similar construction fields.
Strong knowledge of underground construction practices and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
